極具日本風的酒標，放在架上十分的顯眼。這好像是代表酒神的面具。

以下是品酒會當天所發的酒款介紹，懶得翻中文直接照打：

「Noh is oen of Japan’s oldest classic performing arts, during back to the 14^th Century. The mask image was created by the Kamiasobi Noh Troupe and is used to portray a character called Akujyo – the God of Whisky.

This Noh Label has been combined with a single cask distilled at the Karuizawa Distillery in 1995. Bottled in 2008 at natural strength, this whisky has spent over 12 years in a cask that had previously contained wine made form Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes at the Mercian Katsunuma Winery.」

color: 紅棕
nose: 莓果，酸梅，薑汁，一些燒烤油脂。之後浮現略澀的木質，有些梗味。飄動著些茶葉、洛神花茶的氣味，有些許灰塵感。似乎隱約有些甜甜的瓜果氣息。香氣似乎衰敗的略快。加點水後無特別改變。
palate: 一些煙燻鹹感與白胡椒刺激，含著有水份蒸乾的感覺。莓果，柑橘，核果，有些梗味，有著明顯但不至難受的刮口澀感。黑巧克力、苦可可，有明顯的苦味。加點水似乎沒有特別改變。Medium Body。
finish: 中，莓果，柑橘，醃梅，淡煙燻與燒烤過的木質，苦可可，有些樹梗味。第一口的尾韻結束的有些意外地倉促。紅酒般的澀感仍留在口中。
comment:
頗能感受到紅酒桶所給予的莓果味與澀感。香氣與一般Whisky對照起來其實有些特別，而入口的澀感則一再提醒著這是紅酒桶的酒款。有明顯的果味，但苦味也有些明顯；除了口中水份蒸乾的感覺外喝起來不像有著63%的高酒精度。不過奇怪的是，每次喝這支酒的第一口尾韻總是結束的意外的倉促，不過是品酒會當時的筆記，或是今日所喝的Sample，都有這種詭異感受。表現應該還不錯，但紅酒桶不知怎地一直是我的罩門。老實說，比起來輕井澤雪莉桶的表現還是好太多了呀。
